The D.C. Superior Court Rules Committee has completed its review of proposed amendments to Rule 5 of the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure. Amendments to Rule 5(d) clarify that discovery materials must not be filed except in the circumstances specified in the rule.

Approximately 150 people attended the event on Zoom, and more than a thousand others viewed the livestream on YouTube.
