On September 25, 2025, the Board on Professional Responsibility approved amendments to Board Rules 7.5, 7.6, 7.12, 7.16, 13.3, 13.11, 14.1, 15.7, 19.4, and 19.8, which were formally promulgated by Board order dated October 3, 2025.
