Communities Program Planning Meeting Scheduling Form

It’s that time of year again! Communities are invited to start their program planning for the new fiscal year! As a part of this planning process, Community steering committee members and all those who plan programs will have an opportunity to meet with the Communities Office Staff to discuss programming strategies, processes and content development for the upcoming year.

Please use the form below to reserve one date and time to meet with us, then click HERE to start or complete the Program Planning Form before your session date. We understand that you may not be able to complete the planning form prior to the meeting, but it will need to be submitted in early September. Program planning sessions are held before the Community's first program in the new fiscal year beginning July 1.
