Superior Court Proposes Changes to Rules for Small Claims and Conciliation Branch

The D.C. Superior Court Rules Committee recently reviewed proposed amendments to the court’s Rules of Procedure for the Small Claims and Conciliation Branch 3, 4, 18, and 19. In general the changes highlight new requirements included in emergency, temporary, and permanent legislation amending D.C. Code § 28-3814 (Debt collection).
