Superior Court Cancels Electronic Filing Deadline Extension

On August 12 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Administrative Order 22-19 vacating Administrative Order 22-18, which extended certain filing deadlines in the Civil, Probate and Tax Divisions because of a planned transition to a new case management and electronic filing system on August 22. The conversion to a new case management system has been postponed, so filing extensions are canceled.
