Comment on Qualifications of Superior Court Judge Robert I. Richter

The D.C. Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure is inviting comment on the qualifications and fitness of Judge Robert I. Richter, who is seeking reappointment as a senior judge on D.C. Superior Court. Judge Richter's current term expires on November 19, 2026.

Members of the bench, bar, and general public may submit comments by mail to D.C. Commission on Judicial Disabilities and Tenure, 515 Fifth Street NW, Room 246, Washington, DC 20001 or by email to [email protected] or [email protected]. In addition, comments may be submitted through an online survey available on the commission's website. The deadline is September 7.

The identity of any person submitting comments will be kept confidential, unless the commenter authorizes the disclosure of his or her name.
