The District of Columbia Judicial Nomination Commission (JNC) has recommended to President Biden three candidates for the judicial vacancy on the D.C. The nominees are Megan D. Palmore, a partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP who serves as co-chair of its appellate and Supreme Court practice group.
