Apply to the Superior Court’s Family Court Panels

The Superior Court of the District of Columbia seeks qualified attorneys to apply for its Family Court Panels, which represent low-income parties in several types of proceedings, including abuse and neglect, juvenile delinquency, mental health and mental habilitation, juvenile post-commitment, and special education.

Applicants must provide proof of good standing with the D.C. Bar and have an office in the D.C. metropolitan area. The first round of applications will be accepted through April 30. The next application period is this fall, with a deadline of October 31.

Pasichow. The president has 60 days to select a nominee to fill this vacancy.
