Apply for the Superior Court’s Probate Fiduciary Panel

The Probate Division of D.C. Superior Court seeks attorneys of all experience levels to apply for the Probate Fiduciary Panel, which was reestablished on May 25 by Administrative Order 22-06. Applicants must provide proof of good standing with the D.C. Bar, history of disciplinary action, a criminal background check, a passport-style photo, and a current credit report in addition to completing the application questions. Submissions should be emailed to [email protected] by July 1, 2022.
