Bar President Shirley Ann Higuchi, author of Setsuko’s Secret: Heart Mountain and the Legacy of the Japanese American Incarceration. Higuchi was joined by District judges in discussing the Japanese American internment camps during World War II and their relevance to contemporary injustices.
