Superior Court Adds Rule 19 to Small Claims Rules

On November 26 the Board of Judges of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Rule Promulgation Order 19-06 adding Rule 19 (Collection and Subrogation Cases) and approving a conforming amendment to Rule 4 (Service of Process) of the Superior Court Rules of Procedure for the Small Claims and Conciliation Branch. The new rule and the amendment take effect January 2, 2020.
