The District of Columbia Courts announced Friday that documents such as affidavits, court orders, and notices are now available in Odyssey Portal, the D.C. Superior Court’s new online case search system for auditor master, civil, tax (civil), and probate cases.

Most images are public and do not require registering for an account or logging in with a username and password. Exceptions include images marked confidential, sealed cases, sealed documents, civil cases with both sealed and unsealed documents, and documents for cases involving incapacitated persons.
