Summary: In re Bryan S. Ross. Bar No. 263863. November 13, 2025. The D.C. Court of Appeals accepted Ross’s petition for negotiated discipline and suspended him for one year. Ross acknowledged that, in connection with bankruptcy cases in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, he engaged in conduct that (1) involved dishonesty, deceit, and/or misrepresentation and (2) seriously interfered with the administration of justice. As a result, Ross admitted that he violated D.C. Rules 8.4(c) and (d) and their counterparts in Maryland and/or Virginia.

Summary: In re Bryan S. Ross. Bar No. 263863. June 24, 2025. The Board on Professional Responsibility’s Ad Hoc Hearing Committee recommended that the D.C. Court of Appeals accept Ross’s petition for negotiated discipline and suspend him for one year for violations of Rules 8.4(c) and (d).
