Court of Appeals disbarred Wojahn based on his criminal convictions in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Maryland, for knowing possession of child pornography (100 counts) with intent to distribute in violation of Maryland Criminal Code S 11-207 and knowing possession of child pornography (40 counts) in violation of Maryland Criminal Code S 1 1-208. The D.C. Court of Appeals accepted the Board on Professional Responsibility's determination that Wojahn's admitted criminal conduct involves moral turpitude.
