Summary: In a reciprocal matter from Virginia, the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed reciprocal discipline and suspended McMahon for 60-days, nunc pro tunc to November 13, 2018. In Virginia, McMahon was found to have repeatedly signed signatures of other attorneys without their permission and without any indication that he was signing for someone else.
