Summary: In a reciprocal matter from Maryland, the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed reciprocal discipline and suspended Chun for 30 days, nunc pro tunc to June 15, 2018. In Maryland, Chun acknowledged sufficient evidence could be produced to establish that he charged an unconscionable fee by asserting a $12,000 lien after a client representation had ended, when he had done little substantive work. Chun also failed to respond to disciplinary inquiries.
