Summary: Although another member of Respondent’s firm, was a member of the Maryland Bar and signed the complaint and other pleadings while the firm was retained in a civil matter, Respondent engaged in the unauthorized practice of law by participating in a pre-hearing conference, taking and defending depositions and engaging in written discovery without the participation and involvement of another Maryland Lawyer.
