Summary: In re Michael A. Capuzzi. Bar No. 441987. August 2, 2018. In a reciprocal matter from Michigan, the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed reciprocal discipline and suspended Capuzzi for 90-days, nunc pro tunc to April 2, 2018. In Michigan, Capuzzi was found to have engaged in simple assault and malicious use of a telecommunications device when he later left a cell phone at the victim’s residence in an attempt to have her contact him.
