Summary: Disciplinary Counsel issued Haseltine an informal admonition. While retained to represent a client in a breach of contract matter, Haseltine left voice messages, sent an e-mail, and wrote a letter in which he threatened to contact a government organization if the opposing party (a corporation) did not respond to his and his client’s demands.
