Summary: In a reciprocal matter from Florida, the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed functionally equivalent reciprocal discipline and suspended Herman for six months with fitness, nunc pro tunc to January 26, 2016. Herman was found to have failed to monitor his staff to ensure that falsified documents would not be produced and passed off as genuine, assisted in the unauthorized practice of law, and made intentional misrepresentations in a motion filed in a bankruptcy court.
