Summary: In a reciprocal matter from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed functionally equivalent reciprocal discipline and suspended Allenbaugh for two years, with reinstatement contingent on a fitness requirement and the conditions imposed in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
