Summary: Bar Counsel issued Colbert an informal admonition. While representing a client in an immigration matter, Colbert failed to provide competent representation, to serve the client with skill and care commensurate with that generally afforded to clients by other lawyers in similar matters, to represent the client zealously and diligently within the bounds of the law, to act with reasonable promptness in representing the client, to keep the client reasonably informed about the status of the matter, and to provide in writing the division of fees.
