Summary: Bar Counsel issued Moore an informal admonition. While serving as the court-appointed fiduciary for an adult ward of the Probate Division of the Superior Court, Moore failed to file, for at least five years, the required inventory within the required time after her appointment in 1995 and the required annual accounts with the probate court. In addition, Moore failed to file the necessary final account as required following her resignation as conservator appointed by the Superior Court. Rules 1.3(a), 1.3(c), 1.16(d), and 8.4(d).
