Court of Appeals accept McLean’s petition for negotiated discipline and suspend her for 60 days for violations of Rules 1.6(a)(1) and 1.7(b)(4), with 30 days stayed in favor of a one-year period of probation during which McLean shall not engage in misconduct in this or any other jurisdiction and shall complete 12 hours of CLE courses pre-approved by Disciplinary Counsel.
