Summary: In re Lawrence R. Radanovic. Bar No. 10413. October 31, 2019. The D.C. Court of Appeals accepted Radanovic’s petition for negotiated discipline and suspended him for 30 days, fully stayed in favor of six months of probation with conditions. Radanovic undertook a joint representation without a fee agreement, failed to inform his clients that a conflict of interest may arise out of the representation, and con­tinued representing both clients after a conflict arose.
