Code § 11-2503(a) based on his conviction of crimes involving moral turpitude per se. McRae was convicted in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland, of three counts of felony theft, in violation of Maryland Criminal Code § 7-104, and one count of uttering a counterfeit document, in violation of Maryland Criminal Code § 8-602.
