Experienced trial lawyer Michael F. Williams of Kirkland & Ellis LLP will lead a discussion about how to address some of the challenges of living with a busy litigation practice.  Drawing inspiration from The Writer's Almanac with Garrison Keillor, this course will address subjects such as developing a persuasive trial theme, asking effective questions in interviews and examinations, managing time and personnel in preparation for trial, and thriving as a member of the legal community.  The course will combine general principles for success in litigation with specific advice about trial best practices.
