Event Description
Partnerships among consolidated group members raise unique tax issues. This panel will examine a recently issued CCA on the treatment of section 743(b) adjustments arising in a consolidated group partnership, as well as other tax implications of such structures.

Pre-registration for this program is encouraged. As always, please feel free to share this invitation with colleagues. D.C. Bar membership is not required to attend.

This in-person program is available to current law students at a discounted rate of $10.00. Please register on-site and provide proof of current law student status.

This luncheon program is sponsored by the Pass-Throughs and Real Estate Committee of the D.C. Bar Taxation Community. Food is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 11:45 am. Lunch will begin at 12:00 pm. Program content will begin at 12:15 pm.
