**This program will serve as Part 1 of 6 in the Estate Planning Tax Series and Part 2 of 10 in the Estates, Trusts and Probate Law Lunch Series.

Jennifer B. Goode, of Birchstone Moore LLC, and Caitlin M. Orr, of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, will discuss various tax-related court cases that have shaped the field of estate planning. As part of this presentation, Jennifer and Caitlin will cover the circumstances that lead to each case and provide drafting and strategy tips based on each case’s impact.

This in-person program is available to current law students at a discounted rate of $10.00. Please register on-site and provide proof of current law student status.
