Consumer Law Resource Center

Operations Update March 30, 2020:

Consumer Law Resource Center Temporary Phone Line: 202-780-2574.

The D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center is taking necessary precautions to protect our clients, resource center customers, staff, and volunteers from COVID-19.  As such, our court-based Consumer Law Resource Center is closed through at least Wednesday, May 13th. We do not take this step lightly and apologize for any hardship this may cause.

Effective immediately, we have created a temporary telephone system that enables us to speak with customers seeking help from the Consumer Law Resource Center while the Center is closed. Callers will be prompted in English and Spanish to leave a message with their name and phone number. Leaving a message does not guarantee assistance, but applicants will receive a return call from a Pro Bono Center attorney within the next three to five business days.
