HTTP Server Configuration

To prepare for generating static content, you must first plan out and configure the setup of your HTTP server(s). The sections that follow document these steps for both IIS and Apache HTTP servers.

Note: At this time you will also want to update your DNS process to ensure that the specified hostnames resolve to the correct IP address.
