Comment on Proposed Changes to Landlord and Tenant Branch Rules of Procedure

The District of Columbia Superior Court Rules Committee is seeking comment on proposed amendments and additions to the Superior Court Rules of Procedure for the Landlord and Tenant Branch. Comments are due Wednesday, May 17, 2019.

The Rules Committee will recommend to the Superior Court Board of Judges that the proposed revisions be approved unless, after consideration of comments from members of the Bar and the general public, the recommended changes are withdrawn or modified.
