D.C. Bar Communities Partners With Casebriefs to Offer Law Student Benefit

November 6, 2019

The D.C. Bar Communities Office and Casebriefs have teamed up to provide members of the Bar’s Law Student Community a valuable benefit. Thanks to this effort, law students can now receive a discount for StudyBuddy Pro, a study platform developed by esteemed law professors. The “Pro” Platform offers a large selection of videos, course outlines, exam preparation guides, and other resources to assist law students in their studies.

Additionally, via the network built into the platform, the Communities Office will be able to deliver news and other information directly to interested law students. “Now law students who have an interest in practicing in the District can easily receive information from the Bar, ask questions, and become engaged with the Bar well before they graduate law school,” said David Gray, CEO of Casebriefs.

Now in its second year, the D.C. Bar’s Law Student Community provides students with opportunities for professional development, leadership training, and networking. “The purpose of creating the Law Student Community was to engage with future lawyers early on in their legal careers,” said Candace Smith-Tucker, director of Communities. “We offer law students the tools they need to be successful throughout law school and after graduation when hopefully they join Communities as D.C. Bar members.”
