Advocacy & Justice Clinic

About the Clinic

The Pro Bono Center Advocacy & Justice Clinic is a partnership with legal services providers and many of the District’s largest law firms and government agencies. The clinic provides full representation in housing, family, public benefits, personal injury defense and consumer law matters. More than 300 cases were placed last year.

Volunteering

Advocacy & Justice Clinic volunteers must be employees of a participating law firm or federal agency. Please refer to the list of clinic participants. If you are an employee of a participating organization, please contact your employer’s pro bono or volunteer coordinator to arrange to volunteer for the clinic. If your employer is not a clinic participant, please consider asking your employer to become a clinic participant.
