 Legal Ethics

The Legal Ethics Program delivers confidential consultative services on issues related to the D.C. Rules of Professional Conduct. Our expert counsels help members answer ethical questions that arise in their practices every day.

Attorney/Client Arbitration Board

The Attorney/Client Arbitration Board offers an arbitration service for D.C. Bar members and their clients to resolve disputes about legal fees. 

Practice Management Advisory Service

The Practice Management Advisory Service helps members optimize their legal practice with one-on-one consultations, free seminars, and content that guides them throughout their careers. Lawyers can receive help in setting up and running an office, boosting technology skills, and receiving assistance with planning, productivity, and marketing. 

Lawyer Assistance Program

The Lawyer Assistance Program provides confidential assistance and referral to lawyers who experience problems that interfere with their personal lives of their ability to serve as counsel of officers of the court.
