After nearly two decades of silence on the issue, the Supreme Court has weighed in on insider trading. Practitioners remain divided on what, if anything, will be different about prosecutions of civil or criminal insider trading cases after Salman.

Please join us to hear directly from experienced defense counsel and civil and criminal prosecutors in this off-the-record lunch program.
