In the first session of this two part series, you will learn how to represent your clients effectively and creatively on issues such as competing claims of title, specific performance, adverse possession, rights of first refusal, boundary disputes, easements, restrictive covenants, and foreclosures. Faculty will guide you through the initial case evaluation of a real estate case, motions practice, and pretrial discovery. You also will learn about investigation techniques and sources.
