Learn the ins and outs of cove­nants not to compete, including drafting, negotiating, and enforcing from the perspec­tive of both the employer and the employee. Find out the law and the practice in the District of Columbia , Maryland, and Virginia. This course will also cover special considerations that may affect federal service contractors and employers whose workforce includes independent contractors. The pro­gram is designed for employment and busi­ness lawyers and will provide you with current law and practical tips.
