This popular course takes a practical approach to teaching the basics of interpreting contracts and agreements as well as the concepts behind drafting contracts. It focuses on contract interpretation and drafting principles, including a methodology for conceptualizing and organizing the written contract. Or instructor will explain contract drafting techniques, such as the use of language for clarity, enforceability, and other particular purposes. In addition, you will learn the rules by which courts construe and interpret contract provisions and some of the nuances of unique types of con­tracts, such as franchise agreements and busi­ness organization documents.
