This new class focuses on advising closely-held businesses in the formation stage.  You will learn about the most common and most important provisions to include in drafting operating agreements for limited liability companies, including management, control, and tax provisions.  This class takes a practical approach using real-life examples, focusing on three common scenarios for family-owned or closely-held businesses. Course materials include sample forms and clauses.
