Dianna K. Miosi, Director from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP; Adrienne M. Mikolashek from the IRS Chief Counsel's Office (PSI); and Michael J. Grace, Counsel from Whiteford, Taylor & Preston LLP will discuss the Tax Court decision, which was released on March 27th. The panel will focus on the court's analysis of the trust's material participation, as well as implications under Section 1411.
