Our panel of government and private practitioners will discuss hot topics and recent guidance issued under the Affordable Care Act.

Topics will include the new guidance on affordability under the minimum essential coverage regulations, issues related to employer shared responsibility, nondiscrimination guidance and the Cadillac tax, and other important topics for 2015.
