A panel of Treasury representatives and practitioners will discuss the final hybrid plan regulations, including an overview of key provisions, policy issues addressed in the final regulations and practical issues regarding plan design. Our panelists will also discuss interesting new plan design features that are made possible by the new regulations, and potential pitfalls.
