The presenters will review the core concepts of grantor trusts, including IRC provisions 673-679. In addition, they will address other important issues applicable to grantor trusts, including tax reimbursement clauses, toggling grantor trust status, the possible consequences of terminating grantor trust status during the grantor's life or at his death and significant rulings regarding grantor trusts.
