Our experienced panel will provide an overview of recent tax guidance, legislative developments and related issues affecting executive compensation arrangements, including Congressman Camp's tax reform proposals related to executive compensation and his proposed changes to Sections 409A and 162(m) and the imposition of a penalty tax on excess compensation paid to service providers of tax-exempt organizations, recent guidance regarding deductions for bonus plans, Section 409A corrections inside and outside the IRS correction program and top-hat plan litigation developments.
