This presentation will introduce attorneys to common forms of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), explain the legal implications of cryopreserving gametes and embryos and entering into surrogacy contracts, help lawyers counsel their clients as to the disposition of genetic material, and provide drafting tips for estate plans that may include posthumously conceived children.
