Event Description
Management and employee-side attorneys discuss how to identify and deal with issues of pregnancy and caregiver discrimination. Panel members will discuss developments in Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA) litigation and the evolving interplay between the PDA and the American's with Disabilities Act. Panel members will also review developments in both federal and state laws related to family responsibilities, such as unlawful stereotyping based on caregiver responsibilities, and laws regulating sick leave.
