Event Description
Mergers and acquisitions among companies who do significant government business raise unique issues for both buyers and sellers. From compliance issues to selection of deal structure to valuing existing contracts, these transactions have more than their share of complexities and potential for surprises. This seminar, presented by veterans of government contracts acquisitions, highlights key issues to focus on and resolve, including investigating critical compliance issues (both past and present), choosing the right structure for the transaction, handling novations and security clearances, and evaluating socio-economic set-aside contracts. Learn how to avoid these and other compliance traps and how buyers and sellers can protect themselves in the purchase agreement. Learn to avoid surprises.
