Employment and Financial Experts in Family Cases

Date & Time: Wednesday, September 17, 2014 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm

CLE Credit: No

Event Description
There is rarely a divorce, custody or support case wherein money is not a substantial issue: How much is being made? Who is making it? How much could be made? How much is needed? Where has the money all gone? The right experts can help answer questions before you get to trial. They can help parties find work, increase the family income, spend money more wisely so that litigation can be avoided. They can also provide critical factual and opinion evidence at trial to help you tell your client's story and get to the right outcome. Come learn from employment expert Lianne Friedman and financial expert Cynthia Zagorski what the right experts can do for your cases, and what you can ask and do to make sure you are getting the most out of your experts.

This evening program is sponsored by the Domestic Relations Committee of the Family Law Section. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m.
