What exactly is the role of a guardian ad litem in D.C. intervention matters? This program will provide a review of the rules and statutory provisions regarding the guardian ad litem and will also provide practical tips when serving in that role.

This "Off the Record" luncheon program is sponsored by the Estates, Trusts and Probate Law Section. Doors open at 11:30am.
